Hi to all our Honeybunches
We hope the lockdown is treating you kindly, and you are keeping healthy and safe. 
This week, we want to share a few ways to help boost your immunity and your mood!

How does a Super Strawberry Smoothie sound? With Manuka Honey, and Vitamin C, this will help boost your immunity in the coming months.
Did you know?? Strawberries have more Vitamin C than oranges! Cool huh?
For an immune boosting pick me up, you need....
Manukau Honey
Low Fat Yoghurt
Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
Throw it in the blender and BAM!!! You could get fancy and garnish it with cream and fresh berries for something a wee bit special, but either way......delicious and nutritious!!

How about a delicious salad dressing? This Honey Mustard dressing includes Honey and Garlic.....two flu fighting superfoods!!
In a bowl add:
- 1/3 cup prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup Manuka honey
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
Whisk together and VOILA

Serve over a delicious summer salad, or for a taste of winter, drizzle over a warm roast vege salad! Perfection on a plate!

Since the start of lockdown, our team have (kind of) taken part in a wee challenge, that we opened up to our awesome Honeybunch community. the competition is over, but how about challenging yourself! Use your name, pick a nickname, a pets name or even an initial, and keep moving! The endorphins will certainly lift your spirits.

We are looking forward to getting back into work next week. We will be working one at a time, in shifts, so bear with us. But we are pleased to be bringing the love back to our "bee-rilliant" customers!!
